Mutter erhält erhöhte Familienbeihilfe nach Ablehnung: Steirerin bekommt 9.500 Euro nachgezahlt

Eine Mutter hatte sich bei der Arbeiterkammer in der Steiermark gemeldet, weil sie für ihren Sohn die erhöhte Familienbeihilfe wollte. Nachdem sie erst abgelehnt wurde, bekommt sie das Geld nun doch.
WELG | Eine Steirerin hat sich bei der Arbeiterkammer gemeldet, da sie einen negativen Bescheid vom Finanzamt bekommen hatte. „Sie hatte aufgrund der Behinderung ihres Sohnes rückwirkend die erhöhte Familienbeihilfe angesucht“, schreibt die Arbeiterkammer nun auf Facebook. Der Grund für die Ablehnung: Der Grad der Behinderung sei zu niedrig.
Steirerin bekommt auch weiterhin erhöhte Familienbeihilfe Nachdem die Mutter auf Empfehlung der Arbeiterkammer aber neue fachärztliche Befunde eingeholt hatte, stellten diese einen Grad der Behinderung von 50 Prozent fest. Aus diesem Grund bekommt die Steirerin jetzt 9.500 Euro nachgezahlt, zusätzlich erhält sie auch weiterhin die erhöhte Familienbeihilfe.
